For Scouts, Explorers, Guides and Rangers, you’re in the right place. If you’re looking for information for Cheshire Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs, Rainbows or Brownies, please head over to Mini Chamboree.

For groups of Scouts, Explorers, Guides and Rangers that secure their place before the end of October 2025, the total price is £265 per young person.

• £10 (non-refundable) deposit paid upon booking
• £125 paid before 19th December 2025
• £130 paid before 13th March 2026

For those that don’t secure their place before 31st October 2025, the total price is £295 per young person.

• £155 paid before 19th December 2025
• £130 paid before 13th March 2026

Bookings close on 13th March 2026, however they may close early if capacity is reached – we strongly recommend booking early to secure your places.

Prices includes all activities for participants, but does not include transport or food.

For group leaders and young leaders, you’ll make a £5 payment when you book, and a final £70 payment before 13th March 2026. The total price is £75.

For group leaders and young leaders that are staying for 4 days or less, you won’t make a payment when you book, you will just need to pay in full prior to 13th March 2026, as below:

• £10 for those visiting for 1 day
• £20 for those visiting for 2 days
• £30 for those visiting for 3 days
• £40 for those visiting for 4 days
• £20 for those staying for 2 days & 1 night
• £35 for those staying for 3 days & 2 nights
• £35 for those staying for 4 days & 3 nights

If you’re bringing your own children, we don’t charge for those under 5. For those between 5-9 years old it’s £5, and it’s £15 if they’re 10-17 years old.

• Bookings are placed by Section Leaders – e.g. a Scout Section Leader. Each Section within a group will book on separately.
• A Section Leader will need to be designated as the ‘Booking Lead’ for their section, and it will be them that will need to follow the process throughout.
• Bookings are now open. This means you can book your section onto Chamboree and add estimates for the number of young people and adults that will be attending. The booking system will present your prices, and by paying your deposit we will secure places for your estimated numbers immediately. Payment can be made by Debit Card, Bank Transfer or Cheque. Full details are within the booking system.
• From 1st November, we’ll guide you through the process of adding everyone’s personal information, making further payments, and much more. More information will be available within the booking system, and we’ll also be in touch by email.
