Just like a strong herd working together to survive and thrive, the Site Operations Team keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll help ensure the site is safe, secure, and fully functional—supporting areas such as communications, first aid, water, electrics, sanitation, security, and transport. This team is the backbone of  Chamboree, making sure everyone can focus on the adventure. Like a strong wolf pack looking after its own, the Sub Camp Team creates a safe, supportive home for participants throughout the Chamboree. You’ll help run and oversee the sub camps where young people sleep, eat, and relax—making sure everything operates smoothly and safely. From supporting leaders to solving day-to-day challenges, this team is all about teamwork, care, and community spirit. It’s a rewarding role for approachable, dependable volunteers who enjoy helping others and being at the heart of camp life. Join the pack and help every camper feel at home!

Always active and working together, the Retail & Catering Team keeps everyone fuelled and stocked for adventure! From running food outlets and shops to serving up staff catering and managing the bar, this team creates welcoming spaces where people can relax, refuel, and pick up a souvenir.
