Roles

You’ll join our team of subcamp leaders, and work to recruit your own team to deliver the ultimate, high quality camper experience. Motivate your team throughout and ensure they have the resources and guidance needed to succeed. Work closely with the Programme team and attend Chamboree planning meetings. Arrange planning meetings with your recruits. Before the event, communicate with contingent leaders and prepare them with everything they need for their units to come to and enjoy Chamboree, and whilst they’re on-site be their point of contact should they need anything.
