This is your chance to shape an entire zone from the ground up. As Off-Site Zone Lead, you’ll take the lead on building a programme that takes Scouts and Guides beyond the campsite for unforgettable adventures.

With the on-site activities now firmed up, we’re ready to shape the off-site programme—and this is where you come in. You’ll have a blank canvas to explore fresh ideas, connect with potential providers, and design experiences that are bold, different, and truly memorable.

We’re looking for someone who’s practical with logistics, confident in talking to partners and suppliers, and brimming with creativity. Whether it’s high-adrenaline activities, cultural trips, or something no one’s thought of yet, you’ll have the freedom to make it happen.

This role is about more than just organisation—it’s about setting the tone for a whole strand of Chamboree 2026. The adventures you design will be the ones participants look back on and say, “That’s what made it unforgettable.”
