Our Cubs and Brownies deserve something extra special. That’s where the Junior Chamboree comes in—a dedicated day of adventure, designed just for them.

As Junior Zone Lead, you’ll create an exclusive programme that builds on the main Chamboree zones but adds a spark of its own. On Saturday 9 August 2026, the juniors will explore the core zones, and on their next half-day experience, they’ll enter a space crafted just for them.

This role is about starting from scratch and shaping a zone that’s light-hearted, competitive, and friendship-focused. You’ll have a dedicated budget and the freedom to invent activities that bring young people together, challenge them, and give them memories they’ll treasure.

It’s also perfect if you want to volunteer at Chamboree but can’t commit to the full week. You’ll still have a huge impact on hundreds of young people’s experiences and help build the foundation of something truly unique.
