Activity Zone Lead

You’ll bring epic, unique experiences to life at Chamboree. You’ll work to create dynamic, theme-based activity zones, choosing from “Skills for Life” or “World”. Recruit and manage a volunteer team. Motivate them throughout and ensure they have the resources and guidance needed to succeed. Partner with relevant organisations to help deliver an activity program that’s engaging, safe, and inclusive for all age groups. Lead post-event evaluations to capture successes, areas of growth, and memories that will keep Scouts talking about Chamboree 2026 for years.
Experience in Scouting or Guiding is a plus, especially in leadership or program management, but passion and commitment are most important! As an Activity Zone Lead, you’ll be supported by the Programme Lead and wider programme team every step of the way.
