Visitors and Day Staff

Day visitors can be registered simply by providing their name, connected Group and day of visit to the administration centre on site or by email prior to the camp ruth@chamboree2010.co.uk Those visiting by the day and not pre-booked will be charged £3 per day. They should report to the main gate on arrival where they will be issued with a day pass which should be returned on departure.

Occasional helpers

Where you have an adult Leader/Helper who is on site for an odd day to help you with catering for example you do not need to register them on the booking system. They will require a day pass which you can request by emailing ruth@chamboree2010.co.uk with the persons name, your Group name and day and times they will be on site. This can be collected on the day by your Leader/Helper when they arrive at site at the security check point. You are responsible for making sure that they have a current CRB, there is no charge for this pass. Please note that a maximum of two day passes like this will be issued to any single person, if they will be site on more than two occasions they must be registered as “not full time” Leader on the booking system.
