Join the staff at Chamboree 2010

If you are over 18 you could be part of the team delivering a unique experience for thousands of young people in the heart of Cheshire. There are full time and part time opportunities including the “build team” therefore if you are prepared to help then there will be a role for you.

You might want to put your practical skills to good use helping our site services team to maintain our water, electricity and sewage systems. There again you might just be happy to help with the jobs that require grit and determination making sure the whole site runs smoothly and safely.

Our activities team has a huge challenge of providing hundreds of activities every day and an evening entertainment programme. They need people willing to staff basis (training will be provided) with a friendly manor dedicated to making sure campers have a rewarding, challenging and enjoyable time – does that sound like you?

Then we need help in our café and shops, we need people to help with car parking, marshalling, producing our camp newspaper and supporting campers in each of the sub camps.

There really is something for everybody, irrespective of age (must be over 18) Scouting experience or skills. Join our “merry band” and have the time of your life.

Fees

The Staff fee £70 which includes site fee, scarf, evening entertainment and catering in our own restaurant with choice of main meal in the evening and complimentary tea and coffee all day. If you decide to help and travel daily to site and not use the catering service the fee will be £15

Occasional staff (excluding catering) - £5 for first day and £1/day thereafter. There will be an option to pre book selected meals for those attending on an occasional base.
