Facilities and Map
Toilets and shower blocks are situated around the site and are convenient to each Sub Camp. All central facilities listed below can be found around the central arena. The site map (to the right) can be enlarged by clicking on it.
Administration and Information Centre

All queries about ID badges and payments should be made to the team here. Orders for fresh food supplies need to be placed with the team. Post box and information on local facilities such as Banks available here and a “lost and found” desk will operate.
Picture Exchange
If you have a digital camera and take some really good pictures then bring them to the administration centre where we will download them to our central repository, the best ones will be displayed in the main arena each evening and the very best 500 will feature in the closing ceremony. All featured photographs will be available online here.
Communications Centre
Open 24 hours a day to operate the camp telephone system and to coordinate emergency response to any incident

Please note there is a strict over 18 rule in relation to use of the bar facilities. Leaders are
reminded of their responsibilities in relation to the young people in their care.
Abuse of this facility will not be tolerated.
Scout Shop
A Scout Shop will be on site with an extensive range of goods including a range of i-scout merchandise. Please note that
credit card payments are not possible on site so you will need to bring your cheque books!
Souvenir Shop
A range of Chamboree branded goods will be available for purchase in the retail plaza.
Supermarket Bus
Daily departures to Tesco and Sainsbury’s. Book your place at the Information Centre.
Food
In addition to the daily bus service to local supermarkets you can order fresh food essentials for collection from the café area each day. This will include fresh milk, bread potatoes etc plus a range of other food items. A small supply of these will be maintained for emergency purchase.

Faith Base
During the week you are invited to visit the County Chaplaincy Team at their base in the Arena Zone to relax and recharge your batteries.
Camp Newspaper
A daily newspaper will be produced daily and distributed through sub camp HQ’s each evening at around 5pm. Stories can be handed in at the administration centre in the main arena. Full colour PDF copies will be available here.
